Alberta Premier Jason Kenney is under fire from his own party, after a photo showed him eating dinner with a small group of elected officials and staff.

Kenney insists that the meeting respected COVID-19 public health measures, but it has not stopped his own cabinet from demanding an apology.

And as Heather Yourex-West reports, Kenney is also facing political flak over his recent comments on Canada's first prime minister in relation to the ongoing grief over residential school deaths.
