West Midlands Mayor says he would not have cut top rate of tax

West Midlands Mayor Andy Street says he would not have cut the top, 45% rate of tax, as the Chancellor did in his mini-budget.

He told Sky News: "If it was me, I wouldn't have done that, but I understand what the government is attempting to do."
