In Sudan, a decade-long drinking water shortage in the north-eastern city of Port Sudan, has been made worse by rising summer temperatures and an influx of displaced civilians from conflict areas. So, the state authorities have launched an emergency plan to deal with the crisis, as Mohamed Vall reports.
