The United Nations Security Council is meeting to discuss the latest developments from Ukraine.

In the opening moments of the meeting Russia objects to 'NATO hangout' at UN Security Council meeting. Russia's representative accused the UK of creating a "political show" by extending invitations to a number of European countries to join a security council meeting about Ukraine.

This meeting comes amid reports that a couple and their daughter were killed after explosions were reported on the bridge linking Crimea and Russia. Ukraine attacked the bridge overnight using unmanned drones on the water's surface, Russia's Anti-Terrorist Committee claims.
