Sky's Defence and Security Analyst Professor Michael Clarke analyses how the conflict in Ukraine has evolved over the past 12 months.

Russia initially occupied 20% of Ukrainian territory before a counter-attack led to some territory around Kharkiv, Kherson and west of the Dnipro river being reclaimed by Ukraine.

Recent movement could all be ahead of a major Russian assault using aircraft he says, but it's not clear when this will occur.
