Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba urges the UN nuclear watchdog to immediately send an inspection team to the country to counter Moscow’s claim that Kyiv is preparing a “provocation” involving a “dirty bomb.”
Kuleba tweeted that he made the request in a call with Rafael Grossi, head of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
Russia's Defence minister reportedly voiced concerns during phone calls with his British, French and Turkish Defence Ministers.
Moscow has not provided no evidence to back its claims.
Shoigu also spoke to the US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin, in their second phone call in three days.

Al Jazeera’s Harry Fawcett reports from Kyiv and Assed Baig reports from Kryvyi Rih.
