President Donald Trump has signed an executive order aimed at ensuring that US citizens have priority access to COVID jabs as Pfizer's vaccine is expected to become the first to be approved for emergency use. Yet, the planned delivery falls very short of covering the needs of the nation and many doses have already been shipped abroad.
