Donald Trump could be just days away from his fourth indictment – this one hinges on whether the former president tried to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia.

Trump was previously indicted for conspiring with six close allies to try and overturn his 2020 election loss to President Joe Biden and unlawfully block the transfer of power.
