Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is in Mexico City to meet with U.S. President Joe Biden and Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador for the North American Leaders Summit.

The leaders of the three countries hope to use the summit to strengthen economic ties.

But as David Akin explains, a major dispute over the Mexican energy market is expected to be at the top of the agenda at the meeting of the “Three Amigos.”
