Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador are set to meet with U.S. President Joe Biden at the White House on November 18.

The meeting comes as both neighbours of the U.S. seek exemptions from Biden's "Buy American" policies, while Canada also tries to wrangle the Enbridge Line 5 pipeline facing American court battles.
