Despite being downgraded from a hurricane, Tropical Storm Henri is still causing pain along the United States' northeast coast, dropping heavy rain and storm surges as it approaches the Atlantic Canada.
The weather system was downgraded from a hurricane shortly before making landfall near Westerly, Rhode Island. In addition to the relentless rain, it is packing a punch with gusts of up to 113 kilometres-per-hour.
And as Ross Lord reports, Henri is not the only extreme weather event plaguing North America this weekend.
