Heavy rain from Tropical Storm Henry triggered flash flooding and damaged roadways in parts of the U.S. northeast over the weekend.

Several people in Manchester, Connecticut had to be rescued from their homes due to flooding, as did more than 200 people in Strasburg, Pennsylvania.

New Jersey governor Phil Murphy said the levels of rain seen in that state were “unheard of.”

Henri weakened to a tropical depression on Monday as it slowly turns away from the northeast U.S.
