In an interview with 'The West Block’ host Mercedes Stephenson, Minister of Transport Omar Alghabra, says Canada is "examining additional measures for essential workers" in their battle against the novel coronavirus.

Unifor National President Jerry Dias, who represents 15,000 workers in the aviation sector, says the federal government has “done nothing” to support that industry through the COVID-19 pandemic.

And finally, Mercedes Stephenson sits down with Canadian Medical Association President Dr. Ann Collins on ‘The West Block.’ When asked about vaccine delays Dr. Collins says it’s “critical" to have the vaccine available to give to health-care workers, physicians and nurses, but adds "it just sounds like, though, the numbers don’t really add up."
