The East London lab producing dairy-free milk

It's one of the most consumed beverages in the world, but the worsening climate crisis could mean that the milk of the future may no longer come from cows.

In East London, one company has been using a technique called 'precision fermentation', successfully producing everything from plant-based cheese to ice cream.
