Thailand reported at least five dead on Thursday after a flashflood brought by seasonal monsoon swept through, causing waist-high floods in several provinces in the South.

The Royal Thai Army conducted evacuations and distributed aid to people in flooded regions of southern Thailand, they said on December 3.
