Local residents in a community in central Lopburi province, Thailand, were seen wading through chest-level water and transporting household belongings in boats on Wednesday after floodwaters were on the rise since Tuesday.
The floodwaters occurred in the Khao Phra Ngarm sub-district, which is in a drainage basin area.
Electricity within the community has also been cut off by authorities for safety as people are still going back and forth into their homes.
At least seven people have died and another is missing in the floods over the past week that have impacted almost 200,000 households in 30 provinces in the lower north and northeastern parts of Thailand, according to the Thai government.
