The Health Secretary Victoria Atkins says dealing with extremism is a "delicate balancing act" but action needs to be taken to tackle "very extreme views being expressed on the streets".

She told Sunday Morning with Trevor Philips that "we need to strike a balance between freedom of speech but also the right of citizens to go about their daily lives."
