Thousands of people in New Brunswick are without power after post-tropical storm Fiona ripped through the province, and many homes along the shore were flooded.
NB Power reported Saturday that 44,000 people were without electricity.
Main Street in Shediac was barricaded off as the street completely flooded, with waves crashing against houses in the area. In nearby Pointe-du-Chêne, the wharf was completely underwater Saturday morning.
Nathalie Sturgeon reports from Shediac on the impact of the storm.
