Sir Ed Davey launches local election campaign in Berkhamsted

The Leader of the Liberal Democrats, Sir Ed Davey, has launched the Liberal Democrats local council election campaign in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire.

Mr Davey addressed the crowds saying "Conservatives have made the cost of living even worse" and "crashed the economy".
