Former Nevada attorney general Adam Laxalt and former director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell announced on Thursday the Trump campaign was filing a lawsuit to stop the counting of what they called "improper votes."

The Trump campaign alleged there were reports of irregularities in the votes, claiming one voter said she had shown up to vote and could not due to her ballot allegedly already being cast.

Grenell said "ballots are not automatically legal votes until they're checked," claiming the campaign is not being allowed to check.
