Shadow minister: Talk of reducing postal deliveries is 'very worrying'

Shadow environment secretary Steve Reed says that talk of reducing postal deliveries, potentially to every other day, are "very worrying".

Mr Reed said that he "didn't think the BBC was particularly biased", and that it was in a different category to other channels due to it being funded by the licence fee.
