The United States could be on the verge of a seismic shift over how much say a woman has over her own body.

This week, Democrats will attempt to enshrine abortion access into law after a U.S. Supreme Court draft opinion was leaked last week which seems to confirm the nation's top court intends to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Republican states are also gearing up for a fight. And as Reggie Cecchini reports, any decision that restricts abortion rights could find itself on the opposite side of popular opinion.
