Quebec premier urges New York mayor to stop helping migrants travel to Roxham Road

Quebec Premier François Legault wrote to the mayor of New York City urging him to stop helping asylum seekers make their way to Roxham Road, an irregular border crossing where people can walk into the province from the U.S.
