Russian President Vladimir Putin has reiterated his claim that Russia has been fighting for its survival in its war with Ukraine. He said the country provoked into the conflict by the West. He made the statement during a rare public appearance at a military aircraft factory in Siberia as the Kremlin is boosting its military effort.
