Ukraine War: Putin hits out at West in major speech

Vladimir Putin has spoken at the BRICS summit in South Africa via videolink as an international arrest warrant prevented him from leaving Russia.

He says Russia is part of the five most economically powerful countries in the world despite "pessimistic outlooks" from Western experts.
