Palestinians braced for Rafah assault as US warns Israel | Israel-Hamas war

Palestinians have begun evacuating parts of eastern Rafah in southern Gaza ahead of an anticipated Israeli attack.

Hundreds of thousands of civilians have begun moving towards an area the UN has described as a "nightmare".

Meanwhile, the US says it has temporarily halted arms shipments to Israel amid US fears about civilian casualties in Rafah.
