Northern Ireland Protocol will always 'be a problem', says Robert Buckland

Conservative and member of the Northern Ireland Affairs Committe, Robert Buckland, told Kay Burley that there is always "going to be a problem" with the Northern Ireland Protocol.

His comments come as Rishi Sunak and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen prepare to meet for "final talks" about the deal.
