Scrapping Northern Ireland Protocol 'on the table,' says Minister

Scrapping the Northern Ireland Protocol is "on the table," says Universities Minister Michelle Donelan.

She went on to say "the first step here is to try and negotiate with the EU."

The NI Protocol was made as an agreement between the UK and the EU, which was put in place after Brexit to avoid the introduction of a hard border between Ireland and Northern Ireland.
