The leader of the Democratic Unionist Party says "decisive action" is needed over the Northern Ireland Protocol.

Sir Jeffrey Donaldson was speaking at a news conference in which he confirmed he would not be supporting the election of a new speaker.

He said a "clear message" needed to be sent to the European Union and the UK government that they are "serious" about getting the protocol resolved.
