When Morgan Lanigan’s wife, Kelly, began feeling some intense pain, they headed for the hospital emergency department in Saint John, N.B., but finding care proved difficult.

Kelly was admitted to two Saint John hospitals, but was turned away because there was no room and eventually told to go home.

As Nathalie Sturgeon reports, the worried husband has questions about the province’s new health plan that was meant to improve the system.
