Netanyahu addresses U.S. Congress as Capitol Police pepper spray protesters outside

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed a joint session of the U.S. Congress on Wednesday. He delivered a heated defence of his country’s ongoing assault on the Gaza Strip that has killed tens of thousands of Palestinians since October. Netanyahu’s controversial speech, which several Democrats boycotted, came as protesters were pepper sprayed outside.
