The Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has insisted the official inquiry into the handling of the pandemic is the right place to handle any questions - after allegations were raised about Matt Hancock's actions as health secretary. The claims emerged amid the leak of a hundred thousand whatsapp messages to the Daily Telegraph.
