Matt Hancock to appear on I'm A Celebrity...

Former health secretary Matt Hancock has had the Conservative whip withdrawn after signing up to appear on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here.

He resigned from his cabinet role last year, having been caught breaking COVID social distancing rules by kissing an aide.

Mr Hancock was in charge of the health service during the COVID pandemic.
