16 officials have been arrested as part of the investigation in Libya into the flood disaster which killed thousands after two dams broke.
Clean up operations are continuing after hundreds of bodies washed up on its shores in the days after the devastating floods. An international conference is planned for next month to aid reconstruction efforts.
