Aid continues to arrive in the flood-hit Libyan city of Derna in the midst of a political rivalry between the country's two administrations.

Authorities in the east are organising an international donor conference for October to help rebuild the city.

But it is the Tripoli-based government that is internationally recognised. And that's causing doubts about just how successful the conference will be.
