Labour vows to increase defence spending to 2.5%

Sir Keir Starmer has vowed to increase defence spending to 2.5% if Labour win the next election.

Shadow Armed Forces Minister Luke Pollard told Sky News, "Tensions are rising and the threats from Russia to the UK and our allies are growing".
