Justice Minister Victoria Atkins says she does not agree with a claim by Tory MP Lee Anderson that people who use food banks do not know how to cook or budget properly.

She also responded to news that serial killer Levi Bellfield has requested a prison wedding after getting engaged, saying it's "absolutely appalling".
