Rising food costs ‘devastating’ for the Ottawa Food Bank, CEO says

The Ottawa Food Bank says it was forced to cut volunteer shifts due to a shortage of donations. 'These are people, these are families, these are individuals, we are seeing people from every walk of life.... We need to be supporting them,' says Rachael Wilson, CEO of the Ottawa Food Bank.
