July 27, 2021: U.S. travel curbs, New York City, California's new COVID vaccine order, Iraq, Tunisia

1. The United States will not lift any existing travel restrictions "at this point" due to concerns over the highly transmissible COVID-19 Delta variant.

2. Political leaders in California and New York City ordered government workers to get vaccinated against COVID-19 or face regular tests.

3. Remains of the last person still listed as missing in the collapse of a Florida condominium tower on June 24 have been recovered and identified, bringing the final confirmed death toll to 98.

4. President Joe Biden and Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi sealed an agreement formally ending the U.S. combat mission in Iraq by the end of 2021.

5. Tunisia is facing its worst crisis in a decade of democracy after President Kais Saied ousted the government and suspended parliament with help from the army.
