All around the world, people marked International Women's Day on Friday by partaking in demonstrations.

"Today is International Women's Day and is a celebration for women taking their rights and not being marginalized. But we are here today to support Palestinian women, as she is now in war, living war, violence and pain. We insist that we won't celebrate if Palestinian women do not take their rights," one protester in Lebanon said, referencing the women in Gaza amid the Israel-Hamas conflict.

Demonstrators worldwide protested for women's equality and rights, and celebrating the freedoms they do have.
