As COVID-19 cases continue to ease in Quebec, Premier François Legault unveiled a new roadmap on Tuesday highlighting the province's plan for reopening.
The new optimism comes as the province sees one of the lowest rates of infections across Canada. This was the case despite initial fears of its third wave growing out of control, after daily case numbers once skyrocketed earlier in the year.
