Windsor Regional Hospital CEO David Musyj drove to Ann Arbor, Mich., to pick up medication for an ICU patient that didn't have enough stock available in Ontario. He says he knew he would be subject to quarantine when he returned, but is now making the case for an exemption because of the 'unique situation.'
