Canada is taking the first steps towards lifting COVID-19 travel restrictions.
Sometime in early July, the federal government says fully-vaccinated Canadian citizens and permanent residents returning home by air won't have to quarantine in a government-run hotel.
Ottawa is also working with provinces on a plan for vaccine passports.
