Cancer patient travelling to U.S. for treatment wants exemption from quarantine rules

Kimberley Muise, a B.C. cancer patient taking part in a clinical trial that requires monthly trips to the U.S., said on Rosemary Barton Live she was distraught when she learned of the federal government's mandatory hotel quarantine requirement.
