In a horrific incident, a young girl was allegedly left to die as Bihar hospital denies providing medical treatment to her in the absence of a COVID report. The helpless father of the girl begged the hospital staff to admit his daughter but they refused it saying that they cannot ignore government rules and regulations, and a coronavirus test is mandatory for admission.
