Turning to Ontario, recent staffing shortages and hour cuts are raising alarm bells for families across the province as emergency rooms continue to close and summer creeps up. Katherine Ward reports.

Dan Spector speaks with residents of the province to get their take on the impacts of Bill 96.

Plus, Russia fired at least 36 missile and drone strikes on Kyiv overnight. Despite the continued assault on their capital, Ukraine’s military is training consistently with other NATO countries’ military forces, preparing for a counteroffensive. Jennifer Johnson reports.

And finally, as parents across Canada continue to grapple with a persistent infant formula shortage, there is hope on the horizon after Health Canada approved a product made in France.
