Long line ups, lost luggage and flight delays are all we seem to hear about at Canadian airports nowadays.
To help make it less frustrating, the federal government is introducing a new rule for all flights going in and out of Canadian airports.
Starting September 8th, any flight that is delayed by 3 hours or more will require airlines to rebook or refund customers.
