Fighting Fentanyl: This is a 'global threat' - says US Director of National Drug Control Policy

US Director of National Drug Control Policy Dr Rahul Gupta has told Sky News that "it will not be a surprise" if the UK "falls victim to a synthetic (drug) problem."

Dr Gupta also stressed the importance of raising awareness about the dangers of Fentanyl among American youngsters.

In the US, more than 70,000 people a year are being killed by Fentanyl.
