As people remain trapped under the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol, Ukraine, there are reports fighting has broken out at the facility after Russian forces infiltrated it. Redmond Shannon reports on how many people could be there; the new evidence about how many people died in the March attack on a theatre-turned-bomb shelter; and the fight to preserve Ukraine's rail system.

Sixty investigators from the United Nations are also now in Ukraine, working to uncover and document alleged abuses and war crimes.
