Federal public service worker strike enters Day 6

A strike by federal public servants is now on its sixth day with no clear sign of resolution. Public Service Alliance of Canada president Chris Aylward says core issues including wages and remote work accommodation still need to be addressed before a deal is reached with the federal government. Treasury Board President Mona Fortier says they have a 'good deal on the table' for wages, but the issue of remote work is the right of the management and will not be part of a collective agreement.
